Elizabeth is one of my favorite people in this whole world. Her gentle soul always puts a smile on my face. The other day, she saw I was having a rough moment, and she offered me a hug. Everyone else, including my friends, walked right past me, but Elizabeth stopped and made sure I was ok in that moment. She’ll never understand how much that hug meant in that moment, but knowing she was there for me in a time of need healed some part of me. Sometimes I feel so alone in my struggles, but Elizabeth made me feel like I mattered, and I’ll always be thankful to her.
